DMC HIV Resistance Algorithm

This site uses the Algorithm Specification Interface (ASI) as a programming platform to aid in the encoding of genotypic drug resistance interpretation involving HIV. The DMC implementation of ASI allows us to focus and continually improve our analysis algorithm. This project is a result of a collaboration between Dr. Rodger MacArthur (WSU), Dr. Hossein Salimnia (DMC), and the staff of the Applied Genomics Techonolgy Center (WSU). We would also like to thank Dr. Robert Shaffer (Stanford University) for their development and support of the ASI standard.

Please note that no information is stored or collected on the system.
